Mom's birthday and Father's day...one big sha-bang!

Aww the gift wrapping...one of my favorite things to do...

The meal! It is interesting trying to incorporate to different tastes to make it special for Mom and Dad..you know with out picking favorites ;0...Fish for Dad, a crab salad and shrimp for Mom and then common ground like potato, and broccoli!!!

A cake for Dad.. he was a pretty good sport about it...but i got the look when he saw the walker crossing sign..ouch the burn...

In all fairness i did make an adjustment from casino to Temple night!

so this one of Dad opening his wallet got a little blurry and i asked him to smile for another one and Michael, educated shall we say on the fact that you shouldn't ask them to smile because they don't look right... so the below picture is a posed one...

So the history on this picture was that i told Mom that she couldn't open her present till Dad was done with his, so she said OK, i will just eat some more of my spinach salad...Then after Dad was done opening his present he said, hey where is my salad...then everyone figured out who's salad she was enjoying!...

Don't worry Dad reclaimed it!!! And Mom eventually stopped laughing long enough to open her present!

But she still had the giggles!

Amanda's Shower

This was the view on the way to and back down the mountain for her shower.

And outside of the door... they were not kidding about going to the top of the mountain for this shower...

It was so fun to see Amanda...She is so cute and even more so having that glow! (For those wondering, i forgot i had my camera while i was there...yeah not to pleased with myself!)

Storms...

So for over a week it was the same old story... sunny and nice in the morning...windy, rain, and thunder in the afternoon...and then sunny and cool in the afternoon...

Not usual weather for it being almost Summer...this usually happens in the spring!

This poor little tree went through a lot that week...

This was a lucky shot... i just happen to have my finger pressed down half way in the right spot!!!!

Mother's Day!!!

My Dad is the sweetest! Mom awoke with this rose in one of their wedding glasses and her card, which she said was the best one he ever gave her! Aww...tender!

Mom had quite a spread thanks to Jennifer!

Jenn was so cute, she even arranged the flowers herself!

Yeah! Best lobster she ever had...at least that's what she said...

Those Strawberries were huge! And very yummy!

Presents...no one was ever so excited for sheets!
